Back on 13 December, we announced that we’d soon be releasing a new and improved user experience. Well we’re just about there, in the next day or so all user accounts will be converted to the new user interface.
Keep in mind that no functions have changed, all the features that you’re used to are still in place and still work the same way. We’ve just polished the interface to make the ReachMail experience easier on the eyes.
What’s changed? The first change you’ll notice aside from the cleaned up dashboard layout is that we’ve moved the section navigation menu from the left side of the screen to the top of the screen. Though we’ve moved the location of the sub-menus, the navigation itself remains exactly the same, for example the Compare Mailings report is still under the Mailing Reports menu of the Reports section.
This a snapshot of the reports section with the new horizontal navigation.
That’s the major change, just about everything else is cosmetic and should not affect how you use ReachMail.
Please note, that the Action menus found in Mailings and in Lists have not changed, any functions that you executed from the Action menu will still be executed from the Action menu.
We understand that this change will take some adjustment and we hope that you find the new ReachMail easier to operate, more responsive, and an all-around better experience.
If you experience any issues with the new user interface please contact us right away. Support is available Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm CT. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, call 888-94-REACH x1 or open a HelpDesk ticket from your account.
