You use ReachMail by logging in online. ReachMail is a web-based service meaning that there's no software to install.
You'll land on the ReachMail Dashboard. From there you can build your list, create a mailing and view detailed reports.
Contacts & Lists
In the Contacts & Lists section you can create and manage an unlimited number of lists.
Send email to any list or refine your list further by sorting by interests or geography.
Upload New List
Uploading a new list is a snap. Browse and highlight your Excel or CSV file, name it and click "Upload."
You can always add to your list without worry - ReachMail checks for duplicates and only adds new records.
Tell ReachMail what each column is and your list is ready to mail.
You can also build your list from scratch - customizing it with as many fields as you want!
Get Ready To Send
Ready to Email? To get started you tell ReachMail the name of your mailing, the subject, who it's from and the email address of the sender.
Add a "Send-to-a-friend" link and you're ready to get started.
We want you to look great when you start email marketing. ReachMail provides a custom designed template at no charge with paid accounts!
Our competitors just give you a cookie cutter generic template. Your new template will showcase your brand graphically.
Alt Text and Images
It's easy to add text and images and format everything with our email design program.
You don't need to know HTML. (If you do know it, you can simply paste in your code).
Quickly add links to webpages, PDF's or other documents. Simply upload them to the "Content and Assets" slide of your ReachMail account.
You'll always have them handy and it's a best practice to include them as a link rather than as an attachment.

Now quickly find out your results - who opened, who clicked and who forwarded your emails.
Want to know who exactly responded? A click on the download icon pops up an Excel spreadsheet with details of who, what, when.
You can also get the same report for anyone who clicks or undelivered emails (bounces).
