Account alerts provide a simple, configurable way to keep tabs on mailing progress. Account alerts track soft bounces, hard bounces, opt-outs, and abuse complaints and will notify you via email if any mailing crosses your defined threshold for any of those parameters.

To configure account alerts, go to the Account tab > Account Settings > Alerts from the sub-navigation. Select the parameter that you want to track, enter a percentage threshold for each select parameter, and click the Save button to set your alerts.

While your preferences may vary, common alert levels are 2% for hard bounces, 5% for soft bounces, 0.5% for opt-outs, and 0.1% for spam complaints.

You can also choose to receive an alert when you are close to your mailing volume for the month.
