Account Management :: User Settings - Enable Markup Editor

Navigate to your User Setting by clicking on the cogwheel icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. From here, you can check the option Enable Markup Editor. Once the Markup Editor has been enabled you'll be able to go to your Mailings tab, select New, and choose With Markup Editor.
