Easy-SMTP CampaignID

CampaignID is an Easy-SMTP capability that allows tagging of traffic by a customer-specified identifier.  This identifier is a versatile value that can be used for various purposes.  At its most basic, a given ID can filter reports on the ReachMail dashboard to see traffic for a given ID separately from other traffic.
