Getting Started Checklist

First Steps for a New Account

A few quick steps and your account will be ready to send:

1. Verify a Sending Domain.
2. Set a CAN-SPAM Footer Address.
3. Import a List of contacts and/or create a test list manually.
4. Create or Upload a Mailing. 
5. Schedule a Campaign or send a Test.

Recommended DNS Records

By default, DKIM, SPF and Link Tracking will use ReachMail managed domains and DNS records. Senders should implement all three of the following.

• Custom Link Tracking domain setup
• DKIM Signature domain setup
• SPF Record setup

DMARC

Senders needing to implement DMARC should contact support@reachmail.com after implementing SPF and DKIM.
